The ACLU will attack any organization with high moral standards towards God and country. The Boy Scouts of America have been under attack by the ACLU for many years. The following article was written by Steve Boggess.

I can remember when I was a Boy Scout, a member of Troop 38 in Charleston, West Virginia.

I can also remember the fun us ten to thirteen year old kids used to have at the annual Scout Jamborees in the early 1970’s. This, of course, was long before the era of political correctness was ushered in.

The last part of the Scout Law is a word that in these times has little meaning unfortunately.

That word is Reverent. The Scout Law says "A scout is reverent toward God. He is faithful in his religious duties. He respects the belief of others." It is this part of being a scout that has the ACLU all in an uproar recently.

This tax payer funded leftist organization seeks to undo the tradition of the Boy Scouts from within. Not enough tax payers are coming to the defense of this privately funded organization that teaches boys to be reverent toward God, and respectful of other religious beliefs, among the other qualities the Boy Scouts teach.

In 2000, a lesbian and agnostic couple joined with the ACLU to file a lawsuit against the city of San Diego, these people felt that they were being excluded by the BSA’s religious policies in particular. Of course, the ACLU is also seeking to rid this nation of our national motto, and ban the wording of "In God we trust" from our currency.

On it’s website under the heading of "Religious Liberty," the ACLU, in July of this year, applauded U.S. District Court Judge Blanche Manning’s decision that bars the Pentagon from funding future Boy Scout Jamborees. This is the only youth organization funded by the Pentagon.

Two lead plaintiffs in the case, which was filed in 1999, Reverend Eugene Winkler, and Rabbi Gary Gerson stated that the judge’s order helps maintain the critical constitutional principle of government neutrality towards religion.

For years, the ACLU has abused the twisting of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States which states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or the free exercise thereof." To them, those words should be freedom from religion.

But to disagree with the ACLU, is to wind up fighting them in a court of law. This is also them taking away a persons freedom of speech, which is another guarantee of the First Amendment. It comes right after guaranteeing us the freedom to exercise our own individual beliefs.

The ACLU, as some people know, was founded by Roger Baldwin, in association with Crystal Eastman. Both were members of the Communist Party.

I only wish the card carrying members of this organization knew this as well.

I also wonder if the Boy Scouts required it’s members to affirm a belief in Mohammed, Bhudda, or Allah, would they be as adamant in their goal of erasing God from not only this privately funded organization, but from the rest of society as well?

In my opinion, for the ACLU go sue the Boy Scouts of America for their fundamental tradition of having it’s members affirm a belief in God is to sue them of their basic rights of free speech, and freedom of religion.

I would rather my son have a belief in God, which he does. I don’t want a godless organization such as the ACLU telling me, or my son who, or what we can, or can’t believe in.

When the founding fathers wrote the Constitution, they never could have imagined an organization that would try its level best to erase God from a society that was founded on religious philosophy and principles.

To all card carrying members of the ACLU, I invite you to reconsider giving this organization your yearly dues. You don’t realize it, but they are also seeking to take away your freedoms as well.

The courts are suppose to protect the rights of the citizens, not the rights criminally perverted.

Recently the Canadian Supreme Court redefined obscenity for that nation and legalized group-sex clubs. Combined with Canada’s unusually low age of consent of 14 years, pedophiles from the U.S. will now flock north to take advantage of the innocent adolescents and the new obscenity law.

Judith Reisman, a world-renowned scholar and author of four books, including "Kinsey: Crimes and Consequences," said that since under Canadian law 14-year-olds are legally considered "consenting adults," the court’s controversial decision "will now make Canada a sex traffic playground for pedophiles."

The Canadian government has stated they will monitor the health of these kids for sexual transmitted disease, issue condoms, and provide abortions.

But will they inform their parents if the get a sexual transmitted disease or abortion?

When will the activist courts in the world stop making laws that are control to society’s moral norms?

For over fifteen years, the main stream media has almost completely ignored  former President Clinton’s cover-ups, obstruction of justice, bribery, and abuse of powers. Even though he was impeached, he was never convicted.  Of course, Hillary Clinton has privy and involvement with her husband’s illegal activities, and she is running for the President nomination.

For example:

1. Clinton’s Presidential Decision Directive 25 represented a sellout of our nation’s sovereignty by assigning U.S. Troops to the U.N. command.
2. Clinton’s involvement with Chinagate where he sold out the America’s secrets to China was sweep under the carpet, even after an extensive Congressional investigation.
3. Clinton’s excessive use of  executive decree elements to impose his agenda when Congress refuses to pass them.
4. Nothing is mention about how he misused his powers to direct the IRS to attack his enemies.
5. Nothing is mentioned on over one hundred persons connected to the White House who mysteriously ended up dead.

The World Net Daily has a story on Clinton’s abuse of power using the IRS:

Columnist and talk-show host Tony Snow sees the report figuring into Hillary Clinton’s likely run for the presidency.

"By all accounts, the 400-page Barrett report is a bombshell, capable possibly of wiping out Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential prospects," writes Snow. "At the very least, it would bring to public attention a scandal that would make the Valerie Plame affair vanish into comical insignificance."

If she gets elected, can we expect another round of cover-ups, obstruction of justice, bribery, and abuse of powers?

Washington, D.C. - Senator Joe Biden (D-DE) is currently holding up legislation that the U.S. House of Representatives approved unanimously on December 14. The bill, H.R. 972, targets purchasers of illegal sex acts and the traffickers who exploit the victims domestically. The End Demand for Sex Trafficking Act focuses on halting the trafficking of people, primarily women and children, in the United States for the purposes of prostitution and sexual slavery. In the Senate, Senator Biden is trying to attach language that would allow taxpayer funds to go to foreign organizations that perform and promote abortion, including coercive abortions.

Connie Mackey, Vice President of Government Affairs for the Family Research Council, released the following statement:

"I applaud Rep. Smith (R-NJ), for introducing and championing this legislation that finally targets the exploiters in the illegal sex slave trade in the U.S. Unfortunately, Senate Democrats are protecting sex traffickers in their allegiance to promoting abortion on demand - this is inexcusable.

"Senator Biden appears to be so beholden to pro-abortion organizations that he is willing to halt this legislation. His blind allegiance to the pro-abortion lobby enables sex traffickers to continue their exploitive and horrific trade. This is unacceptable for a member of the United States Senate and he should lift his hold on this crucial legislation without further delay."

The United States never was and never intended to be democracy. We are a Republic!

Most Americans believe we live in a Democracy. But they are 100% wrong. The word democracy was used very little until the onset of World War I. President Wilson began to use the word in many of his slogans and speeches. The use of the word continue to increase, and now that is all anyone hears today. Most Americans have been mislead to believe we are a democracy.

WRONG!

In Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto, democracy is one of the pillars of communism. Just before the listing of the 10 Communist Planks, he references democracy as a way to win control of the people. Basically democracy allows the voters to vote themselves into enslavement.

We have seen above that the first step in the revolution by the working class is to raise the proletariat to the position of ruling class to win the battle of democracy.

The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralize all instruments of production in the hands of the state, i.e., of the proletariat organized as the ruling class; and to increase the total productive forces as rapidly as possible.

The Soldiers Training Manual, TM2000-25: 120-121, U.S. War Department dated November 30, 1928 gives the following definitions:

REPUBLIC: Authority is derived throughout with election by the people of public officials to represent them. Attitude for property is respect for laws and individual rights. Attitude toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed principles and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences. Avoids the dangerous extremes of either tyranny or mobocracy.

DEMOCRACY: A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting or any other form of direct expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate. Results in demagogism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy."

Shortly after the ‘bank holiday’ in the 1930’s, hush-hush orders from the White House suddenly demanded that all copies of Training Manual 2000-25 be withdrawn from the Government Printing Office and the Army posts, to be suppressed and destroyed without explanation. Sadly, on the orders of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt administration, this outstanding Training Manual was “withdrawn” and destroyed. Question: Why did the FDR administration destroy this outstanding training manual?

In conclusion, if we are in another country to help establish democracy, we are there for the wrong reasons. Our country is not a democracy. We are a republic because of our unique U.S. Constitution that spells out the rules of government. Changes in the law does not come easy as it does in other ‘democratic’ countries when the leaders cannot get their way and are able to quickly call a vote to make changes that their citizens have no control over.

Federal Appeals Court OK’s Constitutional Display

WASHINGTON—The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) announced today that the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the decision of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky upholding Mercer County, Kentucky’s inclusion of the Ten Commandments in a display of historical documents in the county courthouse.  In a 3-0 decision, the Court of Appeals rejected the ACLU’s arguments that the display violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.

Writing for the Court, Circuit Judge Suhrheinrich said that the ACLU’s “repeated reference ‘to the separation of church and state’ . . . has grown tiresome.  The First Amendment does not demand a wall of separation between church and state.”  The Court said that a reasonable observer of Mercer County’s display would appreciate “the role religion has played in our governmental institutions, and finds it historically appropriate and traditionally acceptable for a state to include religious influences, even in the form of sacred texts, in honoring American traditions.”

“This is a big victory for the people of Mercer County and Kentucky generally,” said Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ.  “For too long they have been lectured like children by those in the ACLU and elsewhere who claim to know what the people’s Constitution really means.  What the Sixth Circuit has said is that the people have a better grasp on the real meaning of the Constitution; the Court recognizes that the Constitution does not require that we strip the public square of all vestiges of our religious heritage and traditions.”

In the words of the Sixth Circuit, “the ACLU, an organization whose mission is ‘to ensure that . . . the government [is kept] out of the religion business,’ does not embody the reasonable person.”

Prohibition of displaying the Flag of the United States is an infringement of our freedom. When our National Flag is attack, remember, those colors do not run.

Orlando, FL – Nancy Maddox, the owner of Peacock Home Collection, located in Orlando Florida, has been cited by City of Orlando Code Enforcement Bureau for displaying the American flag in the windows of her business. Ms. Maddox has now obtained the representation of Liberty Counsel, a national litigation, education and policy organization.

Nancy Maddox is the daughter of a United States Veteran of three Foreign Wars and the wife of a federal agent who has served our country for 25 years. Nancy founded her business upon the proud principles of the American dream. She believes that those who fight to defend the United States have afforded her the privilege to live safely each day. To honor our military heroes, Ms. Maddox displayed a small American flag, no bigger than 34 ½ inches by 23 inches, in each of the 15 windows at the home furnishings company. The flags are temporarily being displayed in observation of the following holidays: Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, V-J Day (the surrender of Japan), Labor Day, and Patriots Day (9-11). City officials cited Ms. Maddox and have now ordered her to remove the flags. A violation hearing is scheduled for September 14, 2005.

Erik Stanley, Chief Counsel of Liberty Counsel, has sent a letter to the City demanding that the citation be rescinded. The demand letter points out the procedural defects in the citation and also warns that the sign ordinance is unconstitutional.

Mathew D. Staver, President and General Counsel of Liberty Counsel, stated: “I am astounded that the City of Orlando would reprimand anyone for displaying the American flag. We should encourage patriotism, not punish it.”

If the City proceeds with enforcement action, Liberty Counsel will file suit in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the sign ordinance.

President Bush is, literally, ripping this nation apart. There is no question that, unless he and the Congress that he controls, change their views on open borders, mass immigration, exporting jobs and importing "willing workers," our soldiers may soon be fighting a war on a third continent, North America.

According to every poll taken in the past few years, more than 80% of the American people are very much opposed to all of the above. And this figure includes all races, colors and nationalities. Yet, the President has chosen to ignore the wishes, hopes and aspirations of this huge majority of Americans.

Certainly, Mr. Bush and the Republican Party deserve most of the blame for our current condition. For four years, this Republicans Administration, in full control of the White House, the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, are chiefly responsible for holding the borders open, exposing Americans to terrorism, uncontrolled immigration, increased crime and Third World diseases.

Why are the Republicans, who represent the conservative segment of our society, ignoring their political base and putting our nation at risk? Some suggest that this is merely payback to their fat cat supporters who prefer to use cheap or slave labor rather than to give living wages to Americans. Others suggest they are merely following the political strategy of Karl Rove and other advisors who have convinced them they must court the Hispanic vote to retain control of the government.

I believe the President has a totally different agenda. I believe he is intent on creating a borderless, hemispheric, free trade zone from the tip of South America to the North Pole. He is trying to emulate the European model, but unlike Europe, where most of the member nations are all First World economies, the Americas model has the richest and most advanced nation living next door to a banana republic, complete with corrupt politicians and oppressed, impoverished, illiterate people.

But to accomplish his dream, he is, necessarily, required to hold our borders open, knowing that he is putting us at greater risk of terrorist attack; knowing that our health and welfare systems will buckle and collapse under the strain of massive overpopulation; knowing that our environment will suffer terribly; knowing that thousands of Americans will die of Third World disease for which we have no immunity; and knowing that our social fabric, our language, culture and heritage will be torn to shreds.

Again, more kids have been charged with plotting to kill other kids. What was their ulterior motive besides revenge?

Police have arrested two teens in Lancaster, CA for for allegedly plotting to carry out a Columbine-like massacre at their former high school next Valentine’s Day. They planned to kill former fellow students for laughing and making fun of them. They planned to use guns and homemade bombs to kill and then commit suicide.

One of them was found in possession a note book with pictures of Columbine High School killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh and murderer Charles Manson. Included in the notebook was the a written message: "When I’m God, everyone dies." And one of the suspects has carved the word ‘hate’ in his forearm.

Authorities stated they have investigated many threats that were false alarms but this one appears to real. Both suspects are being held at the Sylmar Juvenile Detention Center for investigation of making terrorist threats.

It is obvious that these two kids were not planning beyond the proposed massacre, an act they may regret the rest of their life if they survived their planned suicides. As in a previous post, these kids show no fear of God for their chosen actions.

I would like to bring recognition to an organization that is doing much to encourage and defend the rights of Christians and America. I encourage you to visit the Jews Against Anti-Christian Defamation website and to pray and support their valiant efforts to preserve our American heritage.

Jews Against Anti-Christian Defamation, headed by Don Feder states that the best friends of Israel and the Jews have always been the evangelical Christians, but that is not the reason for defending the Christians.

They can not sit back and watch the injustice against their fellow citizens and Christians. Our country was founded on the tenets of Christianity by believing Christians. The attacks against Christians in America is an attack against our country.

Every day brings new attacks on Christians. Last fall, four evangelists were arrested for quietly praying at a so-called gay pride celebration in Philadelphia. They were charged with five separate felonies. If convicted, each faced a total of 47 years in prison. The case was eventually dismissed. But the fact that prosecutors wanted to go forward with the charges has ominous implications for the future of both freedom of speech and freedom of religion.

Along the same lines, Christian opponents of same-sex marriage are regularly compared to Nazis.

On college campuses, Christian fellowships are routinely denied recognition for their refusal to accept, as leaders, non-Christians or those whose lifestyles transgress basic Christian beliefs. Thus, Christian students are given a choice - surrender your faith or lose all university support.

A year ago, we were in the midst of an impassioned debate over Mel Gibson’s "The Passion of Christ." Somehow, it was deemed offensive and potentially inflammatory for a Christian to make a movie celebrating his faith. But it was OK for Hollywood to give Jesus a fantasy sex life in 1980s film "The Last Temptation of Christ." Whether or not devout Christians are offended by the blasphemous "DaVinci Code" - now being made into a movie — seems to concern few outside the Christian community.

Jews Against Anti-Christian Defamation was organized because we recognize that Christians are the last remaining obstacle to the moral deconstruction of America, because attacks on Christians are motivated by hatred for the values they espouse.

Finally, we understand that if Christians falter, America will fail - with disastrous consequences for Jews and Christian alike.
